For he is not here to share the laughter,

But he always told us we will realize what he taught us only after,

Days of hard work but nights always with the kids,

Not one, not two, all three would run up to him, for his love there were no bids,

He treated the world as his own,

In his world, love and only love had ever grown,

For I still hear the words he would say,

Till am alive I don’t think I wouldn’t miss him a single day,

For he left us all to be on our own,

But he forgot we were still his babies and yet to be grown,

I miss you every single day Papa,

Don’t know if time has enough power to make us live without you

But every single day missing you is how I get through!

Happy Fatherโ€™s Day!

I really wish you were here;(

Somewhere far from the shallowness,

i hoped where am i you’d guess,

when i am looking behind,

following me are your shadows divine,

i thought am loosing myself,

for you said it was for the best,

Not you and nor me,

you said it was us that you see,

What makes you, you, is your wilderness,

and not everybody is just so blessed,

Daring to go beyond the darkness,

With you i knew i could always rest,

Walking with me, running with me,

i found, to happiness there was no key,

Some journeys were long, some journeys were less,

but every mile would matter if you’ll walk with me i guess!!

There was a man once, who lived for the world and never cared for himself.

All his life, he tried doing the best for people around him, his family or friends. Then he got married and he loved his wife with all his heart and soul.

And then they had 3 beautiful children, 2 girls and a boy.

Father was there for all of them, to mother he was the perfect husband and to kids he would be the father as well as the mother. And he would do more for them then the mother would do. He would find a different kind of peace and satisfaction in it and never complained anything about it.

One of the little tales from childhood goes like this:

So his two girls were like, elder one must be around 10 yrs old and the younger was 6 yrs.

Since he wanted his kids to be ahead in every field so he enrolled the girls into dancing lessons.

Every day after school, he would come from work and drop his girls off to the dancing lessons and then pick them up again after the classes.

Day after day, as they ;earned to dance, the two little ones got into a new habit.

Every time they would walk in the house they would just walk dancing. And not just walk,, soon they were in the habit of dancing even while standing.

And the father would call them to talk to them and they would just stand their and do their own little dance or would just practice some sort of steps.

He would yell at them and ask them to at least stand straight but they still would not because it was like their could not control their dancing and it was just coming out on its own.

Its hilarious when they think about it now.

Everything is gone, the dance, the laughter and their old man but all they have is some of these memories in the heart.

On a shelf, there is a chest she says where she has kept all of his memories safe and every once in a while she goes inside her heart, opens that chest and go through all of them to get a feeling of her old man, her father, her world.

His little girls are woman now, once his princess’s are now in a world without him.

They live every day remembering him, thinking what he would do, say or suggest them on how to get through the roughness of the world.

Thank you PAPA for making us What we ARE Today!

From,

The lil One
